How can I request a viewing?
To request a viewing of a property, please contact us by calling 020 8108 4748, or submit an enquiry via the enquiry form on site.
Can I arrange a virtual viewing?
You can’t beat meeting in person, and we are very happy to let you know that we are able to conduct viewings in accordance with the Government’s social distancing guidelines.
What are the fees and deposits?

How can I find out what properties are available?
To find out what other properties we have available, you can either fill in an enquiry form on site, or contact the Enquiry Team by calling 020 8003 4768.
How do I find out what commercial class a property is?
You will need to contact your local planning authority to find the existing planning use class for a particular property. You can find contact details for your local planning authority on the Planning Portal. What sorts of properties do you have to rent?
We provide offices, workshops, studios, light industrial, warehouse and storage type units with sizes which range from 50 to 90,000 square foot.
Can I change the trade unit classification?
If you are looking for a property for a different planning use, please contact our team to discuss.
Is there the option to modify the features/layout of the property?
Non-structural alterations are permitted subject to prior consent although for other proposed works please get in touch with our team on 020 8108 4748, or submit an enquiry via the form on site.
Is there a minimum lease length for properties?
Minimum lease lengths tend to vary from property to property, but most properties do have a minimum lease length of at least a few months.

Are any of these properties for sale?
Presently, none of our properties are for sale.
Are you a property agent?
No. We own and manage all of our properties - which comprises of more than 4 million square feet of business space - and deal directly with our customers.
Is there a referral scheme?
Yes - if you are a current or past tenant, we'd like to offer you a cash payment should your refer us successfully as a business space provider. If you know of a business or individual looking for space, point them in our direction!
