Electra Park Industrial Estate
Fronting onto Birmingham’s Electric Avenue, Electra Park Industrial Estate comprises three separate blocks of industrial units. Each unit on the estate is a single storey steel portal frame construction. The estate is positioned within half a mile of Junction 6 of the M6 - otherwise known as ‘Spaghetti Junction’ - and it is also approximately two miles from Birmingham city centre.

Camden Industrial Estate is located off Camden Street and is in close to the A457 Sandpits junction, which leads directly into the city centre. In the opposite direction is the A4540 middle ring road, providing quick and easy access to the M6 north and south, as well as access to the M5 leading onto the M42 and M40 motorways.
The area is also well served for public transport, including a station for the Metro tram which links Birmingham to Wolverhampton.
Speedwell Trading Estate
Speedwell Trading Estate boasts nine single storey steel portal frame industrial warehouse units, each of which features steel concertina doors and first floor office space, kitchenette and toilet facilities. These units also offer gas fired heating and on site parking.
Located to the east of King’s Road in Tyseley, the estate is just three and a half miles from Birmingham city centre. King’s Road provides quick and easy access to the A45 and M42, and Birmingham International Airport is only four miles away.
In terms of public transport, Tyseley railway station is a short eight minute walk from the estate, providing regular services to Birmingham New Street station.
