The UK property investment market is set to be boosted by a raft
of new international buyers; it has been suggested by property
experts.

Experts at Midas Estates have put their weight behind the growth
of real estate in the UK despite UK investors being hit hard by the
credit crunch. Foreign investors looking for real estate in prime
locations can therefore secure a great deal in the UK.

Ian Clarke, managing director of Midas Estates, said: "We are
working with property investors throughout Asia, where they can
make the most of the exchange rate and our experience at sourcing
prime property at the right price."

Mr Clarke went on to predict that international banks will show
British ones new policies on how to lend to consumers without
getting into the serious financial difficulties of recent
years.

Nick Marr, chief executive at Homesgofast.com, agreed that many
foreign commercial property investors will now be looking toward
the UK market for prime locations due to "volatile foreign currency
rates" forcing them further afield from their home countries.

Experts recently predicted London's West End would be Europe's
fastest growing commercial property market in the next five years
and there is increasing optimism about many other regions across
the UK with commercial property to let.
